Depositing funds into your Telecel Cash account is free of charge. Registering for a Telecel Cash account incurs no charges.
Cash Out Charges
Cash withdrawals from your Telecel Cash account come with a fee of 0.50 GHS for amounts between 0.01 GHS and 50 GHS. For transactions exceeding 50 GHS, a 1% charge applies.

ATM Withdrawal Charge
Using Telecel Cash at ATMs incurs a fee of 1.50% for amounts between 0.01 GHS and 50 GHS. However, there is a fixed charge of 2.50 GHS for transactions in the 50.01 GHS to 100 GHS band.
Airtime and Data Purchase
Buying airtime for yourself or others using Telecel Cash is free of charge. Data purchases do not incur any fees.
Money Transfer Charges
While sending money to registered Telecel Cash users is free, transferring funds from your Telecel Cash account to a bank account (MMI to Bank) attracts a charge of 1.50 GHS for amounts up to 50 GHS. This may vary for amounts exceeding 50 GHS (with a maximum charge of 2%).
Bulk Payment Charges
For bulk payments, there are no charges for transactions up to 50 GHS, but fees vary for larger amounts.

Bill Payment Charges
Bill payments made through Telecel Cash attract a fee of 0.60 GHS for transactions up to 50 GHS. For higher amounts, fees vary.
