The shortcode to check numbers linked to your Ghana Card is *402*1# on MTN Ghana, AirtelTigo, Vodafone, and Telesol.
How to Check Phone Numbers Linked to Ghana Card
- Get Your Ghana Card.
- Dial *402# on your phone
- Choose option 1 – “Check SIMs”
- Enter your Ghana Card Personal ID Number without the hyphens. Eg. GHA0011223344
- Enter your date of birth. Eg. DDMMYY

Once you are verified, you will receive an SMS with a list of all the mobile numbers linked to your Ghana Card including their corresponding networks. For example:
- MTN – 024 000 0000 – M
- Telecel- 050 000 0000 – V
- AirtelTigo – 027 000 0000 – AT
- Telesol – 025 000 0000 – TL
This shortcode *402*1# is effective from 1st May 2023 as provided by the NCA of Ghana. If you identify any unknown mobile number(s) linked to your Ghana Card, request for the delinking of the numbers immediately from your service provider.
