MTN Zone Bundle Data is Back >> MTN Ghana announced on the 3rd of May 2023, that they will be reintroducing the popular MTN Zone Data Bundles to their subscribers after the service was temporarily suspended following the orders of the National Communication Authority of Ghana (NCA).
They explained that:
“The suspension of the innovative Data Zone bundle is due to a review of the bundle offer in line with the Significant Market Power (SMP) directives applied to MTN Ghana in June 2020, not to be the lowest priced on any offer in the industry.”

When Will MTN Zone Be Active?
In a new press release, MTN Ghana mentioned that they are set to reintroduce the MTN Zone Bundle service. On Friday, 5th May 2023, Ghanaians will see the new prices of the zone bundle. MTN has already announced that the prices will be increased. This means that customers will spend more cash in order to purchase more MTN Zone data.

New MTN Zone Bundle Code
MTN Ghana has not reintroduced any new code for now. The main shortcode for MTN Zone Bundles is *135*1# whiles it can also be accessed via *550#
MTN Zone Bundle New Prices
- 1GB for 1 Day @ GHC2.00
- 2GB for 1 Day @ GHC3.00
- 5GB for 1 Day @ GHC6.00
- 500MB for 1 Day @ GHC1.50
- 750MB for 1 Day @ GHC1.50
Kindly note that the above are just the likely prices of the new MTN Zone Bundle and are not officially from MTN Ghana.
