Stonebwoy’s Seven-Year Old “Necessary Evil EP” Is Number Two On Apple Music’s Reggae Album Chart
Quality is one factor that cannot be looked down upon as far as music is concerned. Good music sounds so refreshing and soothing to the years regardless of the year it was released. Unlike some musicians whose projects sink after a month or two hype, Stonebwoy’s second project Necessary Evil continues to make bold statements on Apple Music’s Reggae Chart.
The project ushered Stonebwoy into the mainstream cementing his stand as one of the youth talents to take over the music scene by storm. The 8-track classic project was released on 22nd September 2013 and continues to compete with current projects on charts across the world. The Necessary Evil project is currently number 2 on the chart competing with top Jamaican artistes like Chronixx, Popcaan, and others.
The less said about the multiple awards winning dancehall artist the better, he has been churning out songs with good contents as he has always laid emphasis on the fact that his songs should be enjoyed even after he is dead and gone and that inspires him to always want to set the bar high on every song and album he releases.
The “Tuff Seed” hitmaker released an album Epistles of Mama which he dedicated to his late mother and that album peaked to number 13 on Billboard World Album chart. And just recently, amidst the pandemic, he released another great project Anloga Junction which is currently the best project from a Ghanaian artiste in the year 2020.
