He further explained that his decision to lay off some members of the team including signed artistes has brought him the success that he never imagined as well building his self worth on the international market. Citing an articulate example with his recently released album, Anloga Junction which was released on 27th April, this year is the most streamed Ghanaian album on Audiomack with over 18 million streams.
The father of two, Stonebwoy asserted that to forge ahead and grow in the musical space, there is the need to be open to adapt to diverse creatives and also understand the fact that, you can not always work with the same people forever.
In his quest to restructure his brand and business, the team members who were affected were Black Sidi, his manager then whom he later made his agent, as well his two signees Kelvynboy and OV.
